Refund policy

At LOIRZ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange <3

 

- Eligibility for Returns -

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Customised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Return Shipping - 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 Tracked and insured shipping services are recommended, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at loirzstudios@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5 All Saints Rd, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2JG. 

Shipping fees (including original shipping costs) are non-refundable.

 

- Faulty or Incorrect Items - 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Refunds - 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
